Filing a notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
• identification of the material and where it appears on our site (URL);
• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice and notify the user who provided it, if any.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice with the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same address. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant tells us it has filed a court action.

Trademark concerns

We use card, set and brand names only to identify the cards they refer to. If you believe we use a trademark in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement, email [email protected] with the details and we will review it promptly.

Repeat infringers

We will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
